Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and hangtags are intact and the garments show no signs of wear.
Ship It Back
Print your prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and drop off the package at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
